Anons, I have a confession to make. I am utterly and completely convinced that our socitety is in need of body positivity. Everyone should accept their body and the bodies of others as they are. I believe this is achieveable as well.
The first step to a body-positive society is an utter and complete eradication of obesity down to the last whale.
What causes people to obsess over their looks and weight is not the top models whom we all know to be shoppd, but the whales.
A person with BMI over 29 cannot in any circumstance have shame. Being obese destroys them and their children, damages their society and wastes its resources.
To me, there is absolutely no ground on which obesity can be forgiven.
What about you, anons, are you also body-positive?
i'm positive that people with large bodies should be exempt from any form of government healthcare that may exist and should be left to die if they get and form of fat-related illness
Jacob Turner
This gives me an interesting idea, although I am no statesman:
Give people the following choice:
1) You receive healthcare benefits, but have an obligation to keep yourself in reasonable shape by any means you deem fit (you are fined if you fail)
or 2) Relinquish your right to healthcare benefits.
Cooper Gray
frankly, I am against any form of government healthcare, but the system would be improved greatly if the amount of healthcare that each person can claim is variable on factors such as diet*, body fat percentage, hours of exercise per week*, smoking*, drinking* and ability to perform a minimum amount of physical activity under the watch of the healthcare agency
*hard/costly/restrictive of freedom to measure, probably not a good idea
universal ""free"" healthcare is nothing more than a tax upon the healthy to subsidise the unhealthy life choices of gluttons
Oliver Mitchell
i hear that in switzerland they have a system like this for dentists... if you do nor take care of your teeth you lose healthcare benefits... any switzbro to elaborate on how this works?
Jace Stewart
If you're truly body positive and care about it, you would wanna go through with the exercise and diet to keep it healthy.
Tyler Torres
how would you test someone for drinking?
Aaron Hernandez
I think the japanese have good idea, making it illegal to have a waist line over 90cm. Made me realize something about my own values when I found out I'd be obese in japan. (I'm 93 cm)
Henry Thomas
Trust me, I practice what I preach.

>body positivity
Isn't it funny that we don't ever see these kinds of messages and cartoons depicting men?
It's not body positivity, it's just fat woman feel-good affirmations.
Whenever they paint their fat cartoon selves, it's always with some ripped hunk man beside them.

The japanese system works for most of them, but IMHO it s a bad idea overall. For instance, I had a slim 65 cm waist (my chest is about 120cm) but after I started training my obligues, it grew into 80cm.
TL;DR, your waist measure doesnt reflect how fat you are. Some people are naturally thin down there, and obligue size varies a lot.

i didn't mean water, and i didn't mean a binary variable of whether or not any alcohol is consumed at all. binge drinking is a terrible plight in the uk, and alcohol is often consumed in great excess.
Logan King
Drinking is horrible for you. Only the Wine (Sake) selling kikes would like you to believe otherwise.

i've heard of people paying other people to roleplay a rape scenario with them, but i've never actually heard of someone paying to be fucked in the ass before today.
Body positivity is right up there with western feminism in the bullshit department.
These people complain about trivial shit because they live in a nanny state where they never have to worry about real problems like war, actual oppression, or actual rape culture.
At least we get to watch sweden, the mother of all first world whiners, burn to the motherfucking ground while refugees rape their way to a better life.

I've got a BMI of 29 and Im having a hard time toning down my fat thanks to grandma's cooking. I live with her.
Thankfully the gym at least makes me acquire some semblance of shape and not have manboobs or a shitty posture.
Dominic Price
>Im having a hard time toning down my fat thanks to grandma's cooking. I live with her. have you tried....i don't know...eating fucking less?
Adrian Roberts
Well, fight on. To keep yourself from being obese, you dont actually need to both diet and exercise at the same time.
Honestly, from the point of view of an optimally heavy person, being seriously obese would actually take quite a bit of effort. Oh well, I should be the one to tell you this, since I exercise so much I have trouble eating enough food to stay the same weight, even.
Henry Evans
If you're fat but you work to be and keep healthy and try to lose weight then I don't care if you're ugly and morbidly obese and have bad hygiene.
The glory of man is within his soul, and the will to improve yourself is the instinct of all beings. It is a regret like no other to not see your body in peak condition both mentally, spiritually, and physically.
If the body is a temple, the devil is the mind's temptation, God is the individual, sin is degradation of the spirit, Eden is childhood purity, then the path to heaven is certain one through self improvement by any and every means possible. You don't need to be the best, but you should be the best that you can be.

Pic related is me. I wore that for a damce I had to do.
As for food yeah I try to eat less but clearly not enough.
I can manage to eat little in breakfast and lunch but fucking dinner ruins it for me. I've been thinking of how I can cheat my body to think it's full or raise willpower to just eat less.
I've wabned to cook my own meals since when I do, I control my portions p well because for some reason cooking takes away my hunger.
Bte my liftings a bit shit but I've only done it for like 9 months and about 2-3 days a week for an hour and a half to 2 hours per session since school takes a lot of time (8-5 schedule).
Fat girls are still fat girls no matter how delusional they are.
Austin Miller
You dont look bad. Your BMI is probably outdated.
Since you have already lifted for 9 months, you should up your game a bit. You seem to do a lot of pressing movements, based your PRs and from your shoulder development. Focus a lot more on deadlifting. Deadlifting less than you can squat is IMHO a sign of muscular imbalance. Benchpressing 80kg after one year is good (even if you yourself are comparatively heavy) so you can lay that off for a bit. Make sure your shoulders dont rotate inward. Look that one up, I cant explain the whole thing. As long as you give your all, training 3 times a week may be acceptable. Try not to go over 90 minutes per lifting session.
I dont know what your Grandmother's cooking is like, but if you can, try to eat more of the healthier and less of the fattening. I presume you dont want to upset her, and honestly, there is no need to starve yourself. Be sure to educate yourself on what which part of your diet contains, and minor adjustments will get you far.
Justin Allen
that's a personal matter, not that of society; OP would effectively lower the bar for feels sake, sad!
regarding women, I would rather be single than with a piece of shit that has no wish and will to take care of her only asset - her young body
as for men, there are a multitude of factors coming into play and taking care of one's body is one of the most important ones; no one will respect you if you don't respect yourself; respect is earned, not given - which would be the goal of pieces of sedentary shit like OP is advocating
Mason Martinez
Body positivity is fat women waging war on attractive women fortheir attractivity priviledge
Jack Brown
What we have now, IS body positivity. You can't force people to see poor health as attractive or force the free market to stop capitalizing on it. In no country is it illegal to be over or under a certain weight. You CAN try to mitigate the problems caused by pornography and the monetization of sex, but there is good money to be made.
