I grew up in America, and let me point out, you dont even need blacks to /move in/ to ruin everything.

The worst thing to ever happen to the neighborhood I grew up in was the bus route+ the trolley. They'd right it in to break into homes at night, and the bus let them come in and take the jobs. Because of these 2 facts it began to spread to eventually bring them in later, but it was becoming ghetto before they even arrived.

Because of all the thefts, security was upped at various places, and the black workers would wanna buy groceries or cash paychecks. So all the stores began to accept EBT/SNAP and advertise as much, and then places like the mom and pop ice cream parlor and the organic foods closed down and became payday loans, used car lots, etc.

Now because cheap subsidized transportation was available and everything else was in place for them, the blacks were ready to arrive. Council passed low income housing for some apartment blocks and the chimps came diving in like they'd fled a fire. You had guys moving into homes on their fucking bikes and shit.

Crime immediately skyrocketed after they moved in, it became so bad it was almost a state of emergency. Police began to get called so much they were actively annoyed and tried to argue with you or avoid showing up if your house was busted into. They began refusing to bring print kits because they were expensive and they started behaving disinterested and impatient at all times. After I moved out, a guy even dropped a knife on the floor after breaking into my parents and stealing the car, the cops were trying to refuse collecting it, then reminded them to vote yes on prop-whatever to allow them more funding.

At the same time this was all beginning, No Child Left Behind kicked into the high school, and they'd bus about 300 nogs into a school of 1500. Fences and metal detectors, and cameras, were up within the next year. Year after that on-campus police with their own room in the office.CONT>

Someone tossed bolts and nuts (removed from the seats) just 10 minutes later down into the crowd while a speaker was going on about having been in a car crash.
