Assays for viral load testing are becoming more and more sensitive. Even if what you're saying is possible, I don't really know the technical side of testing but you're looking for HIV RNA in the blood, it's not going to happen so quickly in one person.

HIV is undetectable in most adherent patients on anti HIV medication anyway. The fact they can't find it is nothing new. It's keeping it undetectable after treatment has stopped that they'll be interested in.
