I don't know anything about laws in leaf land but this is definitely a crime in America ( pulling a gun on someone who wasn't a physical threat to you) and is certainly a serious offense. This would be considered battery possibly with malice here and that nigger deserves to be put in jail. That kind of scum gives actual concealed carriers a bad name if any of this actually happened of course.
