bump
for legal advice

No way this happened.
Haven't you leaves banned guns or something? Y'all seem like you'd be the type.

No, but he can press discharges

>Haven't you leaves banned guns or something?
We take water pistols dead serious up here.

Depends if you threatened bodily harm and if there was any kind of physical altercation involved as well as how many credible witnesses there were at the scene.

What were your political views?

>be me today
>young user comes up to me and askes what a jigaboo is
>tells me taco bowl told him to ask me
>tell him, also tell him jungle bunny and deck ape
>young user is impressed
>tell him, "what do you expect? I am a racist"
felt good to revel power level

I don't know anything about laws in leaf land but this is definitely a crime in America ( pulling a gun on someone who wasn't a physical threat to you) and is certainly a serious offense. This would be considered battery possibly with malice here and that nigger deserves to be put in jail. That kind of scum gives actual concealed carriers a bad name if any of this actually happened of course.

Yes, assault is a tort.

Did you attack them because you were triggered, tumblr? Did you take something of theirs by force, tumblr? Why don't you fuck off, tumblr?

>canada
no he's probably legally allowed to shoot right-wingers

That is assault

yes, go tell the police you were assaulted with a gun and now you're scared for your life :^)

laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/c-46/section-265.html

>265 (1) A person commits an assault when

>(a) without the consent of another person, he applies force intentionally to that other person, directly or indirectly;

>(c) while openly wearing or carrying a weapon or an imitation thereof, he accosts or impedes another person or begs.

Im an american actually and this happened in the states
what
no altercation of any physical nature
i dont think anyone else saw
this happened in the US
just last night in buffalo

>Handguns
>Canada
Fake.

Yeah, probably. Not sure about Leafland. It's called brandishing.

If someone draws a gun on America, they are asking to be killed, and shouldn't expect anything less.

...

Handguns in general are restricted, not prohibited.

And carrying them in public without an ATC is a serious offense.

are you okay user

What the fuck did you say?

this

bump, I have to know what he said now

>this happened in the states

OK, now it's plausible.

Yes that is called brandishing a weapon

>brandishing
yes, unless he's Muslim, in which case you are gonna do 15-20 for brandishing haram opinion

Motherfucker
