We've never seen Bob actually fight another Super before. Bomb Voyage and Syndrome didn't have powers, and the most we saw of his strength against an opponent was the Omnidroid, who he outsmarted simply because it was a robot.

Mr. Incredible is fairly grounded in his powers. Eastern media doesn't care about limits. As soon a character reaches their "limit" the writers realize they've shown their hand and decide to "break the rules" and go beyond. They'll do that a few times per character.

You know, old Silver Age Gardner Fox comics had characters that could do just about anything. But they had rules. Green Lantern can't affect the color yellow. Superman loses his powers when exposed to red solar radiation. Flash has to be able to move to create vibrations, even if only a little. A lot of stories were just whimsical explorations of "character finds himself in X situation. These are the rules of what his powers can and can't do in this situation. How does he get out of this situation?" James Kakalios actually talks about how old Silver Age comics actually influenced his decision to get into physics in The Physics of Supeheros, because they were like crazy science experiments. You have your variables and your constants and you got to find a solution to problems.
Batman is a huge pansy. He is only "dangerous" because of his prep time and even then, that's mostly a chance of 50/50 that his plan will work.
His skill is in striking from the shadows and prep time. Those are things he doesn't have in a "we place two guys in an arena and tell them to kill each other" scenario.
It's hard to name DC characters that wouldn't beat his ass in a straight up death battle rules fight. Like every Metal Man except for like Tin could take him as well as every member of the Teen Titans.
Iron Fist should appear in these things. Dunno agaisn't whom. Karate Kid is pretty damn op to be his rival.
Kenshiro would be a good match. Danny would probably lose due to pre-DB Super Ultra Instinct and transmigration of souls, but he'd give him a hell of a fight.

Physically the strongest but he was by no means the most powerful hero. He is just lucky that he is the only one with a offensive and defensive superpower while the others were mostly glass cannons.

Current All-Might is severely weakened and can only maintain his form for about 30 seconds after transferring his powers to Deku. Prior to transferring his power, All-Might is weakened and could maintain his form for about an hour. We have never seen prime All-Might in action. Even a severely weakened All-Might was capable of destroying a city with a single punch thrown.
