See, it's a Nickelodeon show, which is channel most anyone can get, so you've already got a lot of people able to be exposed to it. If you've seen threads for Nick shows you could see that the fans for it generally of some sort of off-putting disposition.
It's got a decent amount of respect to "old cartoons" in its style and even humor, so that attracts people who like that sort of thing.
It's got at least eleven female characters so that invites all the waifufags/people who draw whatever girl(s) is currently "in" to get all the attention of a new show, and then you get the people who actually grow obsessions with them.
It's got all of those female characters and a central main male character, so harem fags obsess over it too, either self-inserting or drawing the most obvious/cliche of art of the characters.
It's a very down to earth show with a lot of heartwarming moments, so that gives people something to want to self-insert with or escape to, which can go with all the previous points.
And a lot of the adult artists who draw for this show all either seem to be involved in the same circles, or draw inspiration from the artists who are.

TL;DR: it's people drawing porn for a kid's show, what did you expect?

Anyways, anybody want to suggest a couple good episodes of Loud House to intro me and get the jist of it? This show has always been a peripheral thing for me but I'm up to giving it a try

Yeah, it still ties back into a lot of those points. I know what pic you're talking about and it's because of the fanbase, at the least early on and I imagine still to this day to a lesser extent, where focused on it being a harem knock-off or obsessing over the sisters, building up an acceptance of the "girlfriend" character getting the shit end of the stick in most any instances
and of course some people just want to be edgy and mess with people.

For starting off, the very first episodes like "Left in the Dark" are actually alright and that even serves as the pilot for the full series.
Then some good ones that show off the family would be "Ties That Bind" and "It's a Loud, Loud, Loud, Loud, House" and "Cover Girls".
Then some good episodes that show how the show can get into singular or smaller groups of characters would be "For Bros About to Rock", "Toads and Tiaras" and "House Music".

By at least a third of those you could probably make up whether you enjoy the series enough to keep going, cause there are still good episodes outside of that. Just keep in mind to go into it with an open mind rather than thinking I'm trying to hype it up as something it's not.
