35 years since this anime aired, and I don't think Cred Forums has ever really celebrated it. For those who haven't seen it, it was a hugely influential anime, and that influence is still being felt by the anime industry today.
Episode 3 Episode 24 Episode 30 Episode 39 Episode 42 Episode 44 (won the anime gran prix) Episode 60 Episode 75 Episode 78 Episode 82 Episode 89 Episode 100 Episode 101 Movie 1 Movie 2
That's just from the first half of the show, I'll think about the second half later.

It really depends on what you want. There is no unique answer to that. Some episodes are weak on comedy but have impressive animation, for others it's the opposite, some are extremely experimental, while others follow a very classic structure
Also, Once you get familiar with the characters, you'll prefer some characters more than others, and so the episodes focusing on them. For example I love Ten, I know people who skip his episodes.
I suggest you watch everything and simply fast-forward the episodes you don't like. That way you make your own best of in real time.
This. I lived for the Ren/Ran episodes when I was watching UY.

>its an ataru gets jealous episode
Jaxson Turner
So does that mean Ataru is a hypocrite when it comes to boy-chasing with Lum? Because I thought he was initially okay with it 60-90 some episodes into the series.
Sebastian Barnes
You bet.

Exorcise episode on now.

Lum was identifying him by jealousy alone when they were still doing the 2-in-1 episodes. You're meant to find the gap between his actions and general behavior moe.

is this a flashback from one of the later episodes?
Isaac Mitchell
Yeah, it's the first Deen episode.
Also the 3rd time that scene happens in the series.
