Yet everything goes as planned for her, which proves that the character contradicts itself. How is this not clear? It's poorly written and it's obvious to every extend. The only time it didn't go as planned for her was at the end of DR2, where she was an AI. Even in DR1 the option of death was a viable one to her. Everything always went her way and by her saying it's unpredictable with the writing given to her in DR, it's contradictionary.

It's the same as with Miaya after the realization that she'd do absolutely nothing kicked in. As DR3 showed, some things are better off not being told at all, so given that nobody knows much about Pikagirl besides her unique design, of course people who like that are going to associate specific traits with her inside their minds and make her look good.
