When he says "The Strong" he means S-class level. Tats is the fourth strongest character in the series and I think Suiryuu is current Garou level at best.

I honestly hope Suiryu has a big role in this arc going forward. I'm probably in the minority here but I really wouldn't mind there being major differences in the Murata version as long as it's done well.

Is Garou still as strong as he was in his fight vs Saitama? He lost whatever that monster power bullshit he had in that fight, but I would think he would be at least at Bang's level.

No. Curry nigger doesn't feel unique enough. That page features a man who can jump from planet to planet, a guy whose talent allows him to learn any shit instantly and evolve ad infinitum, a loli who can pull pulverize you with a flick of her finger. His character is kinda dull in comparison.

He still has his monster powers, he just hit his head too many times and went full chunni, Saitama even made a comment on it. He's probably evolving his fighting style as we speak

He is not close to Tats, who would cut Golden Sperm's head off if she was at full power and almost snap his neck while she was weak, Garou, who is equal to Lord Boros, or Saitama.
