Holy shit Soma bombed this week, what chapter was this?

>Kimetsu 5th
Oh god, yes.

It's not ranked this week.

Last cover of Nisekoi.

Here's the first cover.

Which Samon-kun chapter was this? Don't tell me it was the fucking NTR chapter.

promised neverland is absolute and total shit

Chapter 43.

I'm gonna miss the Batsu lewds.

Hope these will be good.

How long will the top 3 remain the same ?

Huh. I fully expected it to be the backstory chapter. Pudding sure is serious business.

>Yuragi-sou no Yuuna-san (CP)
Huh? Didn't it get CP last week or week before that?
I want Kimetsu to get one again ;_;

The fuck? Ichigo again?

>Takuan to Batsu no Nichijou Enma-chou (End)
Too lewd for jump
Looking forward to the next series by the author

It looks like a good comedy but doesn't have the hype to back it. Is it bad?

It was 44. The one with the cute kouhai girl that likes Samon. Every chapter she stars in does extremely well, last time she had focus, Samon was top three.

It's like Tomo-chan for me. A charming cast of characters that I enjoy, but most of the jokes themselves fall flat. An anime by the Gintama director who expressed interest in it should be hilarious though.

Damn, she is cute.

I wonder if Samon will get another retool. Literally every chapter in between 33 and 44, chapters that starred this girl, did horribly. Yet with her, Samon becomes a top five series.

Well, shit.

Promised Neverland is probably going to stay chilling in the middle until shit gets real with the escape.

>red sprite
>this low
guess who's getting their shit cancelled again

It's not ranked until the week after the next.

Is Samon any good?

>toriko back to it's shit ranking after last week's good ranking

Goddammit.

Isn't this the first rank for Love Rush though?

That's next issue. There was one issue between Neverland and Love Rush, this week corresponds to that gap where there were no new series.

Top 4 and color next week? Sesuji had best hope that it can overcome some of the new series, because editorial definitely favors Samon over it.

>14.88 Samon
Huh. Never knew that, Numa.

It's habbening

The art got worse.

>Everyone’s Kochikame

What's all a ruse?

>Hinomaru Zumou tanking out of nowhere
It's the second week of its piss poor ranking. Before that, it was almost always in top 6. What the hell?

Seems that everything that isn't the top 3 or bottom 3 is bouncing up and down the rankings every week.

Even the bottom isn't consistent besides Takuan.

Sesuji, Toriko, Samon, Gintama, and Kimetsu have all been bottom dwellers for several weeks before rebounding for a week or two.

I hope Sesuji will survive, I mean 2 new series are starting, there are a bunch of other new series that didn't start that long ago.

what series is ending next?

Kochikame and TakuBatsu ended. Nothing else is going out this round.

Dance manga, sadly. I don't think it will end before next 5 issues though.

This week Samon seems to have firmly pulled ahead of Sesuji. That means that Sesuji needs both Love Rush and Red Sprite to crash and burn in order to survive. If next round has three new manga, then it could still get the axe even then.

I say love rush won't survive

>Kimetsu no Yaiba

LIVE

>wan piss fags on suicide watch

It still sells literally 5 times better than Hero Aca by single volume.

kimetsu new volume cover makes it look like a fun adventure manga and not the goriest manga in jump right now

I really like this months covers. Except Toriko's

So Zenitsu is blonde huh

Haikyuu is fun

no one care

Shut the fuck up ESL-kun

>Last volume cover is a recreation of the first volume cover

Always love this.

It's a crossover chapter that has a bunch of Shonen Jump series with the Kochikame crew.

Ganbatte Yaiba and Neverland! I believe in you

>Toriko

Oh my god

Why is Haikyuu getting two covers?

Is this a hype arc or something?

not really

Usurp the throne

I'm not sure if it's more sad for Takuan that it's doing worse than Nisekoi, a manga long ended or Bleach for even after it ended, it doing worse than a show that's dying

The girls look worse, but Raku looks better in the new art style.

Really, who was Takuan supposed to cater to? It seemed like most people here just liked it for the fanservice, and it's clear that Nips like Yuuna more for that.

Me.

My Hero Academia is already more popular than one piece. What time to be alive.

Don't be stupid

I really like this series, the art is great and the story is enough to keep me interested. I hope it lives.

>more popular than one piece

I don't really understand the whole "getting axed" thing atm. Wsj has had a lot of manga end this year and soon to come. Shouldn't they be trying to keep more series?

Jump is supposed to be a magazine with nothing but hits.

If your series isn't selling after 3 volumes, it's time to go.

They're scared as fuck and more proactive with dumping things that don't do gangbusters right away because as we all know they've lost Nart, Bleach, Gintama's going soon, and more besides. They need new blood.

Toriko didn't blossom under that big push they gave it a few years ago and you also need time to let a series grow into popularity. They're pruning buds from the tree in order to try and get some that will make good fruit. A series needs at least 60-80 chapters if you want to start an anime.

They seem to be pushing black clover already, considering it's getting an ova or something. They've learned from the toriko mistakes. Remember how they were trying to get it to be in the big three with shit like DBZ and OP with those specials? Everyone was confused.

new anime season

>takuan no batsu
Fuck, the author should just start doing porn or something.

I remember when Mitsukubi Condor, Yoakemono and BnHA started in jump in the same round
after the first couple of chapters people liked Condor the most (including me) & laughed at the idea that Horikoshi is trying his luck with jump for the third time

2 years later, bnha is one of the biggest manga in wsj & author of Condor is still trying to break out

funny how that turned out

Im really happy with horikoshi finally hitting it, his art was just too good to be spurned for long.

Seemed he always knew how to write a series but people weren't attracted to his complex ideas so when he made an easy idea to get into people hopped on.

Yoakemono's author is currently doing that Sahara manga in Giga, right?

Surprised Jump is letting him do two at once, even if he could manage it.

???
Sahara is the only manga he is doing
and it's a mini-series

Oh, my mistake. Thought he was also starting something else in WSJ.

I hope Ibitsu has a qt female co-protagonist like Condor.

>Hasegawa Tomohiro (author of Koi no Cupid Yakenohara Jin)

Koi no Cupid Yakenohara Jin was fucking awful & the Hellsing parody oneshot he did was stupidly gross

>>They're scared as fuck and more proactive with dumping things that don't do gangbusters right away
How is this any different from how Jump has always been?

Horikoshi is literally The Little Mangaka that Could

So I guess can we confirmed that

MHA -> New Naruto
Black Clover -> New Bleach ??

Haikyuu is miles more popular than Black Clover (and MHA honestly) so no

>Everyone was confused

Only the western op and dbz fags were butthurt that something else was threatening them.
Everyy series gets a push but Toriko got the mainstream push because it had the potential to be that big, bnha and black clover won't get that push.

>because it had the potential to be that big
You mean
>because Oda was friends of the mangaka
Because it never had the potential to be big.

>14.88

>but Toriko got the mainstream push because it had the potential to be that big
It really didn't. It only got the kind of push it did because "I know Oda"

It had potential to be exactly as it is. A decent and weird food fightan' manga. Not the next big thing. It could have been the next Shaman King if anything, a relatively popular manga but now it's history is going to be "that thing Jump tried to push super hard but it failed at it"

hmmmm, I heard this comparison before but I disagree
I would say BnHA is more like AssClass since there's a lot of test and exams and strategies that isn't just beat em' up battles

and Black Clover is more like Dragon Quest: Dai Big Adventure, non-stop action & battles, a lot of nakama speeches and talk no jutsu, but it's kinda of bland and generic and bring nothing new to the table

I still don't quite understand how this ranking works. You guys said that series with colored pages is not ranked, so what happens with that series' chapter that is supposed to be ranked?

actually no its academia thats bland
too many tests and worthless villains

I think he means in terms of popularity, though that's wrong because realistically Haikyuu would be second place and MHA would be third. BC isn't even as popular as Souma

>so what happens with that series' chapter that is supposed to be ranked?
It's just not counted

>Oda

Nice meme so why aren't oda's other friends big name mangaka in jump?
Back when bleach was in it's prime Toriko came and beat it in the rankings and competed with op and naruto for the top spot, there is no oda help.

>too many tests
well, duh, it's set in a school, what do you expect? it have academy in its name
>worthless villains
the villain of the story so far is Shigaraki and his mentor, the people that work for him are just goons, so again I don't know what were you expecting

>actually no

Your opinions on BnHA aside, you haven't actually read Black Clover, have you?

>wan piss and boku no capeshit at the top
how do people have such shit taste?

name 2 better manga in jump right now, let's judge your taste

HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHA. With Toriko and Gintama ending soon, WSJ has literally no manga from the 00's. That's terrible! They found literally no hit.

???
the found them, they ended

Prediction for Love Rush: it's gonna start OK but it's gonna go down after chapter 3 went the generic harem route.

Nope. They didn't find anything noteworthy. They are literally running on empty fumes right now. They found no hit that lasted a decade from the 00, none either from the 10's.
They must hope, with all they have BnH is going to pan out.

Probably a shit poster user - you wont get an answer out him besides more shit posts.

I know you're baiting but whatever..
Bleach, Eyeshield, Reborn, FUCKING Death Note

are all from the early 2000

Are you saying Kuroko no Basket, D.Gray-Man, Reborn are not noteworthy?

How popular is haikyuu! exactly?

Yeah they've always been like that but now it's on overdrive. Look at how many series they've axed and picked up in the last few years.

Bleach is, temporally, more from the late 90's, ala OP/Naruto.

The others were not long-running hits. But hey, if you are happy with mediocre numbers.. more power to you, it doesn't concern you afteral, you don't have any stakes in the WSJ.

A lot. It's both fujobait and actually a sports manga. No superpowers like kuroko and shit.

the third most popular ongiong manga in japan after one piece and attack on titans

I have this strong feeling you are decreeing popularity solely on "is it as big as Dragon Ball/Naruto/One Piece"

It's currently the 3rd best selling in WSJ, 2nd is Hunter x Hunter, 1st is One Piece

HxH

Shit it's a lot popular than I initially thought...

Yes. They finished already.

Hahahahahahahahahahaha

High profile studio, very nice tv animation, merch out the ass for every one of it's side characters, a rarity with such a huge cast. Good production.
Sports anime is always rather big and this is no exception.

Jump loves sports manga because the have such a wide hit range for the audience. And this one is kind of special because it keeps the power creep and fucking literal super powers of most sports anime to a minimum. Helps that the author likes volleyball, much like yowamushi's loves to bike for real.

Sports anime pulls down casual watchers, older 20 somethings, the ever present fujo dollar in spades, and the ideal market of the tweens and teens. It's a tank they really really needed in this rough time.

I find it odd that my hero academia only does okay seeming how it's super heroes I thought it would explode in popularity

Go watch/read it. It's great.
youtube.com/watch?v=fTnpWb2j0ik

Yes. If it ain't, WSJ will lose popularity and its numbers will drop. And before you guys bring up other smaller hits who ended, gone are the days where Inoue brought in literally more than 1M with each volume of Slam Dunk.

>non-stop action & battles, a lot of nakama speeches and talk no jutsu, but it's kinda of bland and generic and bring nothing new to the table
Isn't that why it's popular?

I have currently waiting for season 3, probably won't read it because I don't like reading sports manga

It's actually doing quite well in the west because of this. Money is money for jump and if they were smart they'd try to appeal to the west a little more.

Even though we have less people into anime and manga per person you have to remember that even if it's 1 in 1000 that's a big pool of readership.

So in your twisted logic "if it ended, it wasn't noteworthy?"

Also D. Gray man is still running

>seeming how it's super heroes I thought it would explode in popularity
Considering how other manga are doing in Jump, it is doing considerably well for itself

If this shit was on Cartoon Network it might do well but it's a shame that they would have to make tons of changes

Not in WSJ. Dude, deal with it. WSJ has currently only one long running hit. That ain't good at all for them.

toonami is doing pretty well, and oddly enough even places like walmart have a manga section now, even though it's small. That's pretty neat to see. One punch man and a few others next to the bodice rippers and grishams.

You don't know what hit means

yes, I was explaining that the comparison with bleach in invalid, since bleach have a lot of empty pages where nothing going on
and bleach dialogue is cheesy and cringe worthy while black clover is more like been-there-done-that

Bleach started in 2001 user what are you talking about.

Very, it has that sweet mix of actual young boys and hordes of fujos that turns it into a cashcow.

Okay you're just a complete idiot

The new Bleach is, although it's not in WSJ, Nanatsu no Taizai.

>Friends is still on tv & avatar is still theaters, otherwise they are not a hit

I'm trying to find American sales numbers for manga from recent years and it's hard. New york times has the ranking list that comes out but I want something that has a listing of copies sold.

>02.24 My Hero
>02.35 One Piece
Man,WSJ are really pushing my hero academia aren't they...

NnT is the new Dragon Ball
It even went from goofy adventure phase to crazy power levels phase

10 commandments arc is so boring

>the pushing meme guy

DB had a charm to it.

I thought Toriko is the new Dragon Ball. Everyone there is now a planet buster, they are literally slicing a Jupiter sized earth into pieces and power levels went crazy 2 years ago.

>NnT is the new Dragon Ball
No, that's still One Piece

Friends is still on TV!

Kongou Bancho was better than NnT, they feel pretty similar though.

>the meme pushing guy

>2 manga by the same author feel similar
I wonder why

>Kongou Bancho was better than NnT

It really wasn't. The whole middle to last part was terrible.

I don't think that One Piece is ranked anymore, really. I think it's like Kochikame: stands in front because, well, because it is the best-selling manga in the world and great in terms of advertising. But I doubt that everyone has found Dressrosa, for example, excellent for two years in a row to the point of never leaving the top.

>I think it's like Kochikame: stands in front
Kochikame never stood in front for a long ass time

I expressed myself badly. It is like Kochikame because it is neutral.

>Black Clover hasn't been out of the top 5 since February

Oh baby. I love it.

I think i get what you were trying to say. Kochikame and OP shouldn't be counted at the top and more in their own category in that they're not going to fall much in the rankings or at all even because they've reached a popularity plateau. So what if they've had a bad year, it's not going to matter much in their sales or in how the masses think of them.

Same

Neverland announcement at the end of this chapter:
>次週脱獄編Cカラー
The jailbreak arc begins next week with color pages.

I'm not sure whether to be glad or worried that they had to announce "okay they're going to be breaking out now"

they do this with all manga

Fujos really liked Dressrosa. Do they usually rank stuff?

>Fujos really liked Dressrosa
Why? It was painful to get through.

Law and Sabo.

Because Law

Notice how volume sales have gone down since he got sidelined in Zou, that was the Fujos. Doffy was pretty popular with them too.

So it'll start at chapter 10, interesting.

It's just an editor note to hype it like they always have at the end of a chapter.

So how is Shokugeki doing sale wise? Is there any chance of cancellation in the near future ?

It's like the 3rd best seller in the magazine besides One Piece and Haikyuu

Isn't it behind BnHA?

Not that that's going to kill it, it'll stick around for a long time but I was under the impression BnHA did better.

KYS

Here's a question. Would you guys perfer more battle shonen or less of it in the magazine. Not sure how many are in the magazine now but alot of this year plus last I noticed alot of new mangakas straying away from battle shonen and looking more into Ecchi Comedy, or Sports. Even so I genericness aside I still enjoy reading em and I hope previous mangakas who failed come back again to have Horikoshi/Tabatha success

I want more stuff that is has as much of a sense of funto it as Shokugeki has, I don't think that has to be limited to any particular genre, but it does tend towards less battle shonen-y series.

Something with enjoyable characters that have good development, where I can actually learn something about a subject I wasn't much acquainted with before reading is pretty nice, more of that would be welcome to me.

Volume sales actually dropped immediately after Dressrosa. You underestimate how much certain demographics love Law and Doflamingo.

Yes. MHA recently passed Souma in per volume sales, but that was more to do with Souma's sales declining.

I want more adventure stuff like One Piece. BC is nonstop battles and the characters are retarded, Red Sprite is bland, Kimetsu feels like an adventure but I don't think it will survive

No wonder, shit's been boring for a year now. Azami was a mistake.

Yuuna-san has hit 500k in total circulation for its first 3 volumes. That's definitely going to be WSJ's next anime.

RIP, please don't die SnS ilu

People tend to forget that at one point Haikyuu was selling more than Naruto even when it was on it climax. It's really huge in Japan.

Have you checked
Flower Samurai.
Its monthly, 3chapters anddecent so far

And it ends next month.

I don't understand why they serialize shit like Love Rush and Red Sprite instead of this

What was it last time?

Seriously?
I saw the "expect closure on saharas mission" but i didnt think that would mean last chapter

I think it's less that I want more fighting and more like what said. It felt like there was more adventure-istic fighting manga back in the day than it is now. I am kind of hoping Red Sprite is something like what I'm looking for

Also Ecchi comedy is actual cancer killing the magazine

There's a reason why Furudate got to be on the Kochikame cover with Oda and Horikoshi

So does anyone have the current WSJ sales(and One Punch Man) by any chance

i feel like oda doing the fist thing is everywhere

When will we get something like this again? And who would draw it?

>Ecchi comedy is actual cancer killing the magazine
Only Yuuna and Love Rush are ecchi comedies.

Less than a tenth of the lineup. And Love Rush could end in a few weeks depending on its rankings.

Less than 3 months, by the author of Ghost Tits.

For a special occasion
They'll hire Murata again.

Not with that sameface artstyle. He'll draw the main girls if anything

Damn, the Jump is just shit right now, even the Sunday and Magazine are more interesing series than this bunch of trash.

If Neverland survives until the next sexy Jump heroine spread by the resident bishoujo artist of the season will they draw sexy Emma?

It's a mini series. It planned to be short since the very start.

>This was drawn when Horikoshi was just starting to step up MHA
>Over half the manga in this are gone

No, but sexy nigger mama.

>bleach
>nurutu
>assclass
>kochikame

www.geocities.jp/jump_manga/jump5.htm
This site compiles the sales for the ongoing WSJ series before they drop out if the weekly top 50.

OPM isn't there but last volume sold 736,821 before falling off.

Probably just cutesy looking with a one-piece swinsuit.

Holy shit, a geocities site. Didn't Yahoo shut that down a while ago?

Wonder if he will draw the MC like Horikoshi or the heroine like Tosh.

Probably the latter due to his art style. I do like his art.

Thank you.
>OPM isn't there but last volume sold 736,821 before falling off.
Which means that it probably sold 800k off the list. I wonder if the anime will give it another boost, push it into the 1mil range maybe

I wonder how much international sales are for OPM. It's currently the biggest manga in the U.S. and in France, but they don't give out numbers. It must be less than half of what it sells in Japan.

>even the Sunday and Magazine are more interesing series than this bunch of trash
Stop lying. You know damn well that people don't give a shit about Sunday and Magazine only has one aeries that gets active discussion fespute the fact thatit has a new series from the author of Soul Eater.

If I remember correctly in France, it's initial releases since Volume 2 have been over 100,000. It now holds the title of the best release in France, and still has all volumes selling with more to come. I don't know about U.S. but Volume 1 is still going strong

Second seasons don't give that much of a boost, do they?

I say interesing, not popular, retard.

Yeah usually not with a few exceptions(Tokyo Ghoul). But even a small boost should push it into the 800k-900k range. We'll have to see when the anime comes out

Nr. 7.

>interesing
If they're that why aren't people discussing them?

I actually find Sunday interesting because it serializes manga that barely resemble each other. I mean, how does the magazine that puts out normiecore like Conan or Major also puts out Keijo or Hatsukoi Zombie? It has more general variety than Jump.

If it does that well in France alone, it might sell as well as it does in Japan once you count in every other country.

>It has more general variety than Jump.
Now if only they were good

I guess it does have a lot of bad otakubait romcoms.

And that's why it's sales are going to shit and they can't find any talented mangaka.
It might as well be a shoujo/josei magazine at this point.

Is there any female artist being currently published in Jump? Haikyuu is a dude, right?

It has way too much generic fanservice series for that. The magazine is bipolar. And their few action shounen series got totally taken over by the female fanbase like Birdmen, Magi or ZKC.

>The most boring manga about firefighting
>shitty fanservice zombie manga
>Lets see how Mashima asspull this week
>The most boring soccer manga ever
>That new manga from Raiku nobody is translating
>POWERLEVELS
>Hajime no Ippo
>interesting

So with Toriko and Gintama ending soon Haikyuu will be the second (third if you count HxH) oldest running manga in WSJ.

How times have changed.

>all ZKC chapters are now either Hyobu wanking or Kaoru being a shoujo heroine
What went wrong?

Damn it, sesuji definetly is doomed.

I wonder how Oda feels about that. He said he was envious of how Naruto always bested him outside Japan, and now that it's done and over with, Attack on Titan, Tokyo Ghoul, and One Punch Man have all overtaken One Piece internationally.

Still dont understand why jump dont have any ongoing Space manga

that color page means nothing, it was from 20 weeks ago and was from when sesuji was doing well, it was on the cover of that week's issue and had two chapters published that week.

sesuji probably is doomed but that color page at the time only meant good things for it.

Neverland is actually getting a color page pretty quickly.

Jump is in need of hits, any series that does well out of the gate will be getting some love from the editors.

doesn't mean much for their future prospects though. sesuji and samon and mononofu would get two color pages in a row and get extra chapters published yet they all went to rock bottom eventually

Samon can live if it adds more variety and avoids becoming too stale. And if it drops the gag-focus chapters, which are fucking terrible, and focuses more on the character-driven chapters.

I think sesuji is getting killed by the present tournament arc. Too long and almost no focus on the kids.

It's interesting that apparently both Samon and Sesuji can do well but they both keep focusing on shit that doesn't work.

>almost no focus on the kids.
That sucks, those two and their chemistry is by far the best thing about the manga.

It also help that they both felt the most realistic out of the entire cast, them focusing on the seniors who pretty much felt like walking anime tropes is a real shame.

If you dig his stuff or not, Hori seems like a bro so I'm happy for him.

Jump is utter trash these days.

They are still in the tournament?

Samon will be fine, the writer just needs to trot out K.K. every dozen chapters to avoid the axe and continue being an unfunny gag series the rest of the time.

Ang spoilers for this chapter?

Download jump raws from nyaa and see for yourself.
Yes they are and this is what you have to do if you want to read it because nobody is TLing it for like 30 chapters.

BnHA falls into that fun niche where it's not really hard-edged enough for Adult Swim but too much for day-time anime on CN.

Man ST&RS bored me to fucking tears.

Amano's new manga is SPACE-themed, but it's not on Jump.

it's too hard to remove the moon runes

Yeah, that sounds about right.

Though I suppose Toonami could show it anyway, since there really isn't any other anime block on TV right now.

And they do swear in the dub. All Might says shit a couple of times

but fujos vote? or just buy the volumes? I mean, look haikyuu, sells a lot, but rarely is first in the wsj ranking.

what

Honestly provided there was an uncensored one I would be fine with that

I'd love a version of Shokugeki I could watch with my niece

If you're selling as well as Haikyuu then rankings don't matter. Bleach at its peak was never ranked first but it sold a million per volume until volume 47 which was around the time the anime was canned and the rankings began dropping. Kuroko's Baske was also a consistent top ranker like AssClass and MHA but it sold more than both.

>was
*wasn't

>What went wrong?
Aging them up

I was and still am really glad for him, I enjoyed Oumagadoki Zoo and Barrage had some nice designs in there, so watching him get a smash hit by writing about something he likes makes me feel warm inside.

AssClass peaked higher than Kuroko. It was a million seller towards the end. Something Kuroko never quite reached.

Why does Jump tried hard by putting BC rankings consistently in the top 3 when the sales aren't even coming close to what they want. Hasn't Boku no Hero in its first week sold more than any BC volume in its first week?

Reminds me of Ippo. Morikawa had a string of failures before striking gold with a boxing manga, Ippo.

Yes, its been that way since its started

Too bad the pacing is awful and the end still isn't within sight.
He's gotta end that shit.

>My Hero Academia beat One Piece

HOLY SHIT!

it's not the first time BNHA has done that, and it's also not as big of a deal as you think it is.

Naruto and AssClass used to beat One Piece on average too.

You forgot to mention the best one
SEOOOOOO

Hahaha, what? My Hero Academia IS "beat em up" battles, there's no strategy and when there is.. it's very simple, nothing like Hunter x Hunter or even Naruto. The villains are also worthless and not terrifying. It's just endless training and test.

...

Go fuck yourself, prick. Don't ever compare NnT to Bleach again, absolutely nothing in common.

They're both shit.

Are you actually gonna refute his point? Or just shitpost?

Your opinion is bad.

Is this the clovercuck that's always around?

Matsukaze

Nope. That's Toriko. NnT still cherishes adventure and goofiness.

No, Black Clover is objectively worse than Hero Academia and that's saying something.

BNHA consists of 3 things: training, fighting, and fighting as a part of training.

There's nothing wrong with that, so I don't know why you struggle to admit it.

>his

>Fuck, this guy has a point and I can't refute
>How do I respond... Oh that's right, post a picture!

You showed me, big guy.

>training, fighting, and fighting as a part of training.
So it is exactly like Hunter X Hunter

No. HxH actually has plot driven arcs. Academia doesn't. It's simply train and fight the bad guys.

>IP counter is still the same

>Academia doesn't.
Sure thing Clovercuck. Sure thing.

There's nothing wrong with a shounen series consisting purely of fighting and training. It's fucking shounen, after all.

But Herofags can't deal with being told that their precious manga isn't as special as they think it is, like this defective human being here

>NnT
>adventure

>HxH actually has plot driven arcs. Academia doesn't.

>He doesn't like Capeshit Academia.. Must be a Black Clover fan!
Pathetic.

epic smug pic.

Man this is some bad bait

Wow, that picture showed me. You're right, Academia is amazing, and it isn't just training and villains being beaten by highschool kids.

I'm sorry, herofag, but your capeshit isn't special. It's not the groundbreaking masterpiece that you think it is.

It's just another shounen series with decent art and decent writing.

Sujipin is probably safe for a while unless Jump chooses to surprise the author. I just want this boring tournament arc to end already though.

This is the second damn time Samon came back from the dead. More lives than a cat.

I love how nobody has said anything in regards to what you're talking about and you still continue on with this charade. Everyone knew you were a shitposter when you said it wasn't plot-driven.

I never said BNHA wasn't plot driven.

I was pointing out that Herofags are delusional about how good BNHA is. You fags treat it like it's the second coming of Christ, when it's just another shounen manga.

Clovercuck is probably the clownfag in tg threads.

>I never said BNHA wasn't plot driven.

>No. HxH actually has plot driven arcs. Academia doesn't

>You're delusional for thinking something is good

You have serious problems user

Herofags don't think BNHA is just "good." They think it's the greatest thing to come out of this publication.

BNHA is a good manga. It's not the groundbreaking masterpiece that Herofags make it out to be

I never said it wasn't plot driven you colossal retard. That was someone else, and it's a retarded thing to say, because of course BNHA is plot-driven

Is that not the definition of a Herofag... because they fucking like it a lot? If they only thought it was just another average shounen then they wouldn't be a Herofag. Just like Cloverfags who think Academia is shit because they think Clover is closer to a 'second coming of Christ' than Academia is, etc..

You're being really redundant here.

>Criticize BNHA
>it's a valid criticism
>rather than refute the criticism, Herofags go straight to calling your post bait or calling you a Clovercuck

I've never seen this happen with fans of any other series, so either I don't lurk enough or Herofags are cancer.

>arcs aren't plot driven
>the point of the manga is the story of how based deky became a hero

dig that hole clovercuck

>Herofags are cancer.

I enjoy the manga and all but I don't go to the threads for this reason.

How retarded are you, honestly?

I. Never. Said. BNHA. Wasn't. Plot-driven.

>he's criticizing BNHA
>must be a clovercuck

Do you see ?

It's like fucking clockwork.

>Black Clover is great
>Why is it great
>Because My Hero Academia is shit

EVERY FUCKING THREAD

I was worried I wasn't gonna get the chance to post this this week

point to a single post in this thread were someone said this

>"It's not the groundbreaking masterpiece that Herofags make it out to be"
You haven't been criticizing BNHA, you've been criticizing the mindset of Herofags who really like BNHA. Thanks for telling people they shouldn't like something just because of your own subjective opinion of it, it was invaluable input. Now I will no longer think BNHA is a second coming of Christ because someone on the internet told me it wasn't. I'm not an individual capable for forming my own judgment based on my own experiences, apparently.

original poster is mad because someone said my hero academia isn't a beat em up manga like black clover

Your exact words were plot driven arcs. Idk how retarded you can be if you can't even read what you wrote.

You also haven't posted any criticism worth talking about.

That wasn't me you fucking moron, that was somebody else.

The post that triggered this whole discussion was somebody saying that BNHA was just training and fights, and how did Herofags respond?

They said the post was bait, or the poster must be a Clovercuck. Nobody even tried to counter the argument.

I saw a theory floated that certain mini-series in Jump Giga like Flower Samurai and the new one from the author of Nurarihyon no Mago might be test runs for a later Jump serialization, like an extended one-shot. I hope that's true, Flower Samurai's world was really interesting to me.

sure it wasn't.

why does he even exist?
did kaoru really need a harem?

It actually wasn't, because I might hate herofags but I genuinely like BNHA, but keeping telling yourself that you're right, you waste of functioning organs

What's it like throwing words around with no weight?

>Golden Future Cup Entry #5
Has anyone scanlated any of the cup entries?

It's fun!
