The biggest changes Subaru gets on arc 3 is that he gets a little less arrogant, knows his place better, and becomes darker after Rem falls in to coma. He in no way becomes more "charismatic." All of his interactions still has him acting dorky and "cringey" (Such as lying about Wilhelm to gloat and Crush calling him out, the scene with Crush after he defeats the White Whale where he thinks Emilia will call him a traitor, calling himself Emilia's dog to the point Wilhelm cringed). His base personality does not change, he just becomes more self-aware.
