From what I understand Kirlian photography involves feeding electricity into the object being photographed and photographing the resulting electromagnetic fields. If, as the pic claims, they employed some type of Tesla coil on top of the pyramid it's not implausible at all that they would be able to record a double helix shaped EM field projecting upwards, although I'm not well versed on the specifics of Kirlian photography.

It's an interesting, but scientifically fairly worthless procedure.
