1 When you translate a phrase from a language to another it's always going to look weird no matter what. Think that many phrases in spanish are untranslatable to english because they wouldn't make sense
2 Think of anime as a cartoon. How often do you meet people who speak like in cartoons?

Those lines make more sense in japanese. For example, "as expected of..." is simply one word: "sasuga." So "as expected of user" would be "sasuga user." The tone in japanese is also often a bit different than what the english translation might initially suggest since the english is more of an approximation than a direct translation - and that's true of many japanese phrases.
