The only one I would really say is Zarya and maybe Genji or Hog, but it's still up in the air because they counter each other. Hog dies really fast to just a few headshots, while hooking McCree is his death. Genji if he doesn't reflect properly is dead, while if he catches McCree off guard or deflects the flashbang, McCree dies.

And that's totally fine because he has terrible mobility and thus relies on his team to protect him so he can left click effectively.

Okay, um, if mccree is so far away from Winston that the shield is blocking him then he's not gonna throw his grenade. He's going to just backup and wait for your shield to die, then he will snipe you. If you hide or try to approach him he'll just do his combo
