Just use the uncensored patch. Anyone can do it since the current version of wii u supports loadiine and it's ridiculously easy to use at that. Just grab an SD card, place loadiine and the games you want, go to a specific website and viola, you're in loadiine and can run whatever game you want.

tl;dr Avex group moneyhatted the game in order to promote VAs, the game didn't make any wonders but concerts and CDs sold well, well as the entire OST being licensed to karokes.
It doens't matter if the game sold 20 or 500k copies, Nintendo and Atlus already got the money from Avex and Avex got what they wanted.
Buy a extra one.
