After only 10 rounds, basically no one lands where they deserve. Most will have to climb, a few can only drop. In your case, that's pretty low. Now, I could say you're bad and git gud and end it there, but, what I think is happening is, you might be good at vidya but you don't know OW enough to pick and play around your team mate's flaws, in order to carry the chances of victory up. Always be the responsible player who picks last and accordingly to complement what your team is lacking. As a result (at low ranks) you'll end up becoming a tank/support main because most players who remain on low tier, are there for a reason as they can't avoid insta locking an excess of offense flankers on attack and nothing but defense heroes on defense.

pick one, preferably lucio if your spawning far from the current objective
>team has 1 lucio
complement his weak aoe heal with any single target healer (you don't want the entire team to be obliterated in an instant if a flanker or bad positioning gets the team's single healer killed early on)

pick Lucio to give the ones not targeted some healing, which in turn will allow the single target healer to have more stable healing as he won't spend the entire match in a frenzy of incompletely switching the target, losing awareness of surroundings in the process
>team has no tank
personally i go with Zarya because in case another team mate wakes up and picks the 2nd tank, zarya is perhaps the tank that has the largest ammount of nice synnergy with other tanks

plenty of combinations, depends on map but for game mode in general, here are some tank pairs i find very efficient:

12 seconds cooldown on a hook she can only use to sometimes escape and move around, it also decides to grab on to dumb things occasionally.

The mine is barely useful, only ever has it maybe killed a Tracer while I also shot her to death. Even when it's in a decent spot it gets spotted or just narrowly avoided. It should probably do damage faster, even if it's the same amount.
