Far Cry 3 was pretty fun, damn. Shame the sequels weren't quite as good.

How about Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen. You can make your own female character, you can make your own Partners character and personality too. You can have different outfits, which include dresses and slutty outfits if that's your thing. The Landscape isn't as diverse as I wish it would be, but it's still nice looking. It was made in 10 years. And it's on PC.

Plus, it has great gameplay. Sorcerers feel like gods. Warriors are full GATSU MODO. Striders and Assassin's are "gotta go fast"

Far cry 4 was fine, the helicopter just made it all easy mode.

Most stuff attacks you but there's passive stuff like rabbits, birds, deer and buffalo.

There is passive things, like normal animals. But if you meet goblins, Lizard Men, Dragons, Ogres, Chimeras or whatnot, they're gonna kill you.
It's pretty low tier fantasy. Although there are goblins and magic and whatnot, it's still got a pretty generic land. The game is mostly amazing because of the gameplay. Nothing else.

It honestly sounds like you want an MMO, not a single player game.

Final Fantasy XIV and Guild Wars 2 are both pretty beautiful. They also have some pretty stunning world design, as well as interaction with the environment and such. They both have costumes and different types of clothings by the hundreds. And they're both pretty big, and offer great exploration and open world themes.
The only difference is, the gameplay is lacking in comparison to something like Dragon's Dogma.

There is also The Secret World, which has an amazing story, great lore and stunning world design. Plus the quests are some of the best I've seen in any MMO to date. Hell, in any RPG.
