Targe no longer provides fire immunity.
You get more fire resistance but that means jack shit.
And I believe they also lowered explosion resistance.

It was like the only viable counter to Pyro and the added explosive resistance really helped against 1v1 demos and soldiers. Heck, you could even survive crits before.
