This level is really good but overall but it's really hard. I can see random players rage quitting after the coin collecting part.

I hit the switch, passed through the section without collecting any of the coins above, then used those as a platform to get to the door when they turned back, jumping off of the question block that gives you the mushroom.
Awesome job, I didn't think anyone would be able to do that.

I think you already played it, but my early level Ashley's Graveyard was a fun little level that I don't shill much these days. I have a lot of trash levels too, ones that are completely uninspired and garbage. But it's not like I need Stars now, I just love drawing shit doodles.

That was weird. I'm pretty sure I've already played it. I know it's possible to play and star levels again after a while but I thought there was a transparant flag or something that at least shows that you've played the level before. I also know for sure that I've played your game boy levels for example before but there is nothing that would show me I did.
I've been bookmarking lots of levels since these threads returned, also. I'm glad you guys came back.
If you just want simple platforming try out my Kirby series or some of the other levels I've posted. My skill level sounds similar to yours, so aside from one that slipped into Super Expert because I made it way too long, you might enjoy yourself.

I wanted to have four playable characters like Kirby 64 did. Since there's no costume of Waddle Dee/Adeleine/Gooey/anyone else, I looked at what others could potentially fit in that slot. I decided on Rosalina because I could tie her into the 'story' that links the levels together thanks to her being a character in outer space.
Just realized that one of my levels turns one year old today.

That is interesting how there hasn't at least been a Waddle Dee costume, especially considering the release of Robobot.

Just correcting myself, only Dedede was 'playable' in the original game outside of the subgames, but I think you get what I meant.
Overall I tried to make as many tie-in elements and shoutouts to previous Kirby games as I could. The pink coins stand in for the '3 or 4 in each level' collectibles, for example. The next regular level will have the theme of navigating a chain of space junk, among it pieces of Nova and the Access Ark, Drawcia's paintbrush, the Dreamstalk, maybe Ado's cloud easel, and others. I intend to drop a HAL room and - if I can figure out a good way to do it - the traditional hidden room in the moon.
Yeah, it is. I was expecting to get Susie based on her being put in the boxart along with Kirby and Meta Knight, but at the very least there never being a Waddle Dee suit is quite shocking.
I know a lot of people are shitting on the Wii U but SMM alone was worth getting the console, imo. As long as there are online communities alive, the game offers infinite fun. Also Wii U games seem to get very good deals recently.
