You know who is Ana boosted when she uses it. The affect it has on the game isnt huge but it keeps consistency with everyone elses' ults where you always immediately know when someone is ulting because of their voice line. Ana's ult uniquely powers up someone else so her voice line doesn't really signify who everyone else should be playing arround (besides the whole fucking giant red dude), so now its obvious who got boosted.

Not really an important change but not a bad one either

It's literally LoS AoE and you'd be amazed at how much it helps against chip damage throughout a match without boosting.

Use it as a response to incoming ults or right as your team is pushing in, it's flexible in that sense.

Every hero gets ult super fast if they deal a lot of damage, like everyone is grouped together and Junkrat lobs grenades at them all. I don't see why this should be different for Ana. Play smarter.
