The American version of Streets of Rage 3 has fucking ridiculous and unfun difficulty. Plus they outright removed the character Ash from being a boss and being a playable character upon defeat.
I like the mechanics of SoR 3 much more than the others, but the ridiculous levels of American difficulty are through the roof.
