I think it's to do with being made part time. Before He had to do his normal duties and Final/Time were the couple of set points in the week where he got to loosen up a bit and do things his way.
Now (not counting his new job of a week or so) He has the freedom to do what he wants in a flexable timeframe, but with no work buffer. After he does his shows/streams, he's just sitting aroung doing nothing, getting paid far less than he used to (his tiny kitchen makes me cry).
Not to mention things like the Podcast are done late evening after the group stream now, rather than just after/before lunch. I think that shows on everyone else too when they do them. Hard to be happy go lucky when you're thinking about going to be bed in a little while.

Hopefully this new behind the scenes thing with Geoff will help bring back some structure for him.

I think the real problem is we're all seeing alot more of them than we used to and everyone's quirks (or lack thereof).
With GT most of us only really saw them for a little while per week. Whereas now we're putting an effort to check out all the stuff they put out.
With them producing alot more "on camera" content and also not worrying about how to talk to not risk getting fired by the owners, we're simply noticing shit more.
