Oh I get what you're saying now. it was just worded strangely. The "her" in the second sentence should have been "herself". As it is, it sounds like Claire is looking after Moira("her"), and also doing more work atop of that.

In any case, Moira ended up being helpful despite her refusal to carry a gun. I'm not so sure Claire could have done it alone.

From a gameplay perspective the flashlight and crowbar are "hella" useful. I feel like Moira could probably beat Neil by herself.
It would be pretty pathetic if you could beat wesker in RE5 by setting him on fire with a flashlight.

I'm glad Cred Forums likes the game, because I just got into it somewhat recently. Unfortunately, it appears no one has anything to talk about regarding the game.

Right now I'm trying to finish Raid Mode with Claire. Even though I got all but 1 character unlocked now(who I suspect is Alex), I'm just focusing on pushing Claire through all the missions, and getting an arsenal of level 100 weapons for everyone else to use.

It's crazy fun, but pretty hard. I think I'm level 80 right now. Finished normal mode gauntlets. On the last hard mode gauntlet, and I think like 3 or 4 very hard mode gauntlet's left. Basically, I'm close to the end. So close.

Will Rev3 come? Will it be switching characters again? I'm pretty crazy about all the main characters in Rev2. Especially Claire and Moira. I think I could go full shipfag with that pair. I'm disgusted with myself. But Barry and Natalia also had a great dynamic. I really just want to see more of them. Although, I understand if they write Barry out. But that Natalia stinger at the end shows something is up with her, so I don't think that's the last time we will be seeing her. And Moira is such a fresh face, that I think she'll be coming back, hopefully. I feel like Claire is going to get relegated to a side character, taking Neil's position within Terra Save.

So basically, I'm praying for a Moira and Claire game again. I'm bracing for a Moira led game. But I'm expecting a full cast overhaul, which will be a bummer.

I think capcom would be crazy not to do co-op again because the idiots not realising that RE7 made their problem of catering to multiple different audiences even worse. RE7 and Remake 2 wont have co-op so I feel like they have to. Hopefully it continues to move forward in time and we get Jake, Sherry and Barry dealing with the Natalia problem which would be kinda interesting having both the wesker babies in the same game. I really don't think Moira will return as a playable character most side characters don't return.

Barry is getting old, I don't think he can handle another major incident. That's why I figure they introduced Moira. So they have another Burton in the mix to keep the story going after Barry retires. I think she's the most likely to return after Natalia.

I haven't even gotten to experience the game with co-op yet. I bet it makes everything a lot easier.

Wiki says it's been 2 years. But I don't know how I knew that. Because watching the ending again, it doesn't say how long it's been. Strange.

Also, I just read youtube comments saying that in order to get the good end, Moira needs to kill Neil. But I didn't do that, and still got the good ending. Is my game bugged?
I'm using a Playstation controller, so when it asked me to mash X in that moment, I got confused and forgot what X is in the Square position. So I failed the initial QTE, and if went to Claire. I've been meaning to replay that chapter, but just haven't gotten around to it yet. I need to get the bad ending to unlock a reward. So I hope my game isn't bugged.

Actually... Maybe I did killed Neil with Moira after all. I'm remembering wrong, so I dunno.

If you remember the helicopter and that final fight then you got the true ending.

Yeah, I figure I got the good ending. I just hope I'm able to still trigger the bad ending for completion sake. If my game is bugged, then I might not be able to. But I'm probably just retarded and remembering events wrong.

You can just replay the Neil fight get Claire to shoot neil in the QTE and then chapter select back to the last chapter if you want to do it fast.

Also, how fucking cheesy was the ending? They threw out all of the mystery and horror for pure action schlock. Actually getting a chopper view of the boss running around was pretty awesome though. But the dialog was rough.

Right. But say, if I did let Claire finish Neil, and still got the good ending, like how I remember it, then that means the trigger is bugged. And if the trigger is bugged, it might not let me get the bad ending, even if I do it the other way.

What mystery was left? All that was left was to finish alex. Seemed like a pretty typical RE ending to me.

It was just a strange tonal shift. Like suddenly Barry is like "I got this", holding up his magnum like an action hero. That magnum which is barely used throughout the campaign, because the game is incredibly stingy with Magnum ammo.
It's not a big complaint or anything. I just thought it was an exceptionally cheesy part of an already cheesy game. It stood out as odd.
