They are also just objectively worse in terms of pure frames and also the way the game works does not make them worth it in themselves, because the game only rewards close range frame trap/mixup based play. You can spend all fucking day 'zoning' someone and hoping they don't use their get in for free move, but they frame trap you once or get a jumpin on you then you're eating about 8 fireballs worth of damage assuming they had been blocking with their face the whole time. It's just flat out not worth it.
