800 DPI master race.

3600
My mouse surface is small so I need to be able do a 360 within a half inch or I can't maneuver properly.
Can't snipe for shit as a result.

Get a Large or Extra Large mousepad.

800

1600

this

400, has been since I switched over from ball mice

400 for web browsing

Using your wrist to move the mouse around leads to carpal tunnel, so I lower my DPI so I use my forearm instead

800 in games though because muh native DPI

600
In the middle, just right.

I stay at 1000dpi 90% of the time

Who /bestcombo/ here?

I can't, my desk has a separate mouse and keyboard tray, very dedicated area of usage, even my keyboard barely fits on it's tray.

My dpi is usually about 1200 but I always feel off. It might be because I don't play many competitive games but I always struggle to reliably pull off headshots whenever I decide to replay old games (going through Max Payne 1 right now)

I'm 80% certain my reflexes just suck but part of me is worried there's another factor at play. I use the kinda claw grip where my wrist stays still on the table and I move my fingers to move the mouse because anything else gives me a cramp after a while.

That's not a qck+death adder.
Even razer makes Logitech look like a gimmicky toy in comparison now.

Recommend me a good mousepad.
I bought one of those RIPPER XXL mousepads years ago, and still use it, but it's stained, dirty, dusty, and wearing out. Looking to buy a smaller one

>qck
>not qck+

so close, breh

There's a reason qck is the gold standard.

That is the qck+ though?

CSGO pros use QCK+, QCK is not big enough

What the hell is a good mousepad? They're all the same

400. Is there a "perfect dpi", or is it 100% preference?

400 - 1800 - 3600 - 6400

400 for oldies
1800 for daily use

Yeah, my bad, is what I meant. Honestly forgot they made a smaller size.

1700

500 at home @ 1080p

400 at work (old at shit small res screens)

>2016
>not just covering your desk in mousepad material

I apologise for my potato camera.
>Full sized mousepad meme

I do it with oil paper. it's fucking amazing and feels amazing and amazing it is.

my bad m8, carry on

although.. which switches are you using? if they're not red or brown you're a turbo pleb

1500 when on my desktop. 800 when gaming.

I'm using reds right now but I might get something heavier because I feel like I can press them too easily.

3200 or 6400 depending on the game. How do you even play with 800?

>how do you even play with 800

Don't get black

Fucking toblerone switches AH SHIT HURTS MY HANDS

2000
2900
3100
3250
3500
depending on how I'm feeling and what gun I'm using, 3100 for daily use

How do you play with 3200?

Look up pro player settings. 800 is on the very high side.

Lower DPI = more precision.

Simple as that.

don't get clears
i'm on reds now but my previous board had clears and every keypress felt like grinding 2 stones together

If i play with 800 i feel like i'm having to constantly pick up the mouse and move it back to the middle of my mousepad.

I don't understand how you could play with 800 unless you had a cubic metre of mouse room

>Lower DPI = more precision.
user, I...

450
I bought the meme and it lives up to the hype

>Lower DPI = more precision.
What the fuck?

4000
gotta go fast

I had the same problems with reds and I was planning to buying browns just for a tiny bit more resistance and feedback.
I ended up just going back to rubberdome

200 - 400 - 800 - ???

200 is only for one game that I like playing that has high as fuck aim sensitivity by default.

400 is my go-to sensitivity for anything, only have to raise my mouse for a 360.

800 is because why the hell not, might as well have it.

Fourth and fifth option is disabled.

6000 on a 4K screen

3440 x144
6500dpi for everything.
playing r6 / arma 3 / squad mostly

>3440 x144
this is next level asian

I think he means that lower sensitivity in general means more precision. A lot of mice still also get jittery at high DPIs too.
