How do you sort your Steam library?

How do you sort your Steam library?

by genre

I don't.

this

Favourites

Uninstalled

I have it sorted as
>Backlog
>Completed
>Time Wasters
>Betas and Demos
>VR
>Non-Steam

...

A U T I S M
U
T
I
S
M

I don't but I will probably copy your scheme OP

best and only proper way to do this

The only proper way

Wow OP that's really pathetic.

>god tier
>can't play because
>might play again
now I'm curious about what's in these

The most obvious way possible.

Bingo.

>keeping shit in your library
for what purpose?

1- Steam Games
2- Backlog
3- Non-Steam Games
4- Trash

>Completed
>Shit
>Everything else

Why even bother organizing at all? Is it that difficult to scroll down an alphabetical list to find what you want?

chronologically, by Steam Sale

If I want to play a certain game I just type it in.

I buy too many bundles.

Like this

Main and Other

Other is just games I don't want to play

>skyrim
>civ 5

REEEEEEE

Genre everything I've played/am playing
Backlog for anything I'm yet to play
Then dupes/remasters/redux in another category called "Zwei"

It's useful when you game collection starts hitting the 500 mark.

>his library is categorized by memes

its time to end yourself

I haven't gone through and organized in a while.

vr
coop
misc
misc has free bundle shit I never play

misspelled it when I made the category and I haven't been bothered to change it since

I don't have a single game installed on steam and I have over 300. What's wrong with me.

>someone is actually this autistic.

if you want to pretend to be retarded, at least do it consistently

lots of laughs

Like this.

I have 10 dollars in steam, what should i buy?

>Trash
>Borderlands
>Terraria
something's wrong with you

Revolution 60

terraria

sorry i fucked up

Why the fuck do you guys sort games by shit like 1-5 ratings, or "retired." What the fuck is wrong with you autists.

Sort your shit by genre and developer like any normal person

>sorting by genre and developer

A U T I S M

...

I think you're more autistic for caring. I have a retired section cause they're dead games.

I don't sort shit. I just scroll through a long list of games and look in alphabetical order to find what I want to play.

>Have a lot of games
>Want to organize by genre
>Most if not all have multiple genres

By genre/dev/series

does steam support this by default yet, or do you still have to use depressurizer?

+ multiplayer
+ no
+ games

It feels really good to put a game in the "finished" category. Humble Bundle trash and buyer's remorse such as Starbound are hidden

How do you make depressurizer work? It's supposed to be able to sort your library by ratings, year, genre and such but I only see genre.

>COMPLETED
>SHMUP
>everything else
The reason I have a shmup category is because I pick up a lot of those games, and I frequently want to just sit down and play a little big of shmup action. Other than that, I am quite capable of remembering one game from another so I don't really need to sort them at all. I just have a category for stuff I'm done with to get it out of the way.

I put everything in Favourites, I discard shit like games that don't need Steam, or things like the regular Deus Ex HR when I have Directors Cut, etc.

Alphabetically, installed only, because I'm not autistic.

I have a bunch of categories for humble bundles and devs. Other than that, by time period, a separate one for indie games and buyers remorse
It's worked for me

everything i haven't tried or i'm playing on "my games"

Favorite : games I might play randomly every other day.
Purgatory : Shitty games I got in bundles that I'll never play even once, or disappointing game I'll never touch again.
Games : All the rest

I also have a 2019 category containing only the stanley parable.

Genre folders for the games I haven't touched yet to make it easier to find up a new game to play.

Did you copy that template from another thread? Mine has literally the same tiers.

Really need to get rid of 'FPS - Other' since it's mostly stuff that should be in 'Walking Simulator', plus add 'RPG - RPGMaker' subcategory.
