The vast majority of my runs seem to never get any unique items. It makes playing really repetitive.

How the hell does D4 work? I usually keep all transformations and some stats stay between re-rolls. Is it just completely bugged? I've never not become completely OP after a few rolls with it.

I love Ipecac, Dr. Fetus, and No. 2 because it means I have access to a portion of the 990 coins I keep in the donation machine. Any of those 3 plus Refresh means the game is about to get really broken.
