The PS3 version runs at a sub HD resolution and has the worst antialising pass and lightning
and its not a bullshot, the game is exactly like the pic OP posted

First Witcher 3 playthrough, first stand off against the crones, doesn't feel right, they disappear , quest says get back to Velen, twilight kicks in and wind and storms start rolling in, lightning and stuff, don't think it fully rained, but that was great atmosphere, perfect reason not to fast travel. Really a really good video game moment.

Yeah. The Xbone's bc version really keeps a nice framerate which eliminates the 360 port's only issue. I heard the PS3 version wasn't very good though.
