What's the best game about pirates ever made?

All of the suggestions are shit, Risen 2 is the only fitting one, even though the game is just okay.

Its sorta sad the genre dried up so much, that a Pirate sim with a lot of shitty side elements is this good.
Then again, Black Flag did somehow manage to get a lot of things right, like the mast climbing, decapitation of flags, or parts of the ship to ship combat.

I still have that installed on this PC. Sometimes its fun just hopping in and sailing the Caribbean looting the Spanish for 30min to an hour.

Also the sega precursor to the game was pretty great also.

I need your help, Cred Forums.
There was a pretty good pirate game back on the original xbox, where you played as a female pirate that went on general pirate fuckery quests. What made it unique to me was the ability to explore random islands in order to get unique swords with separate traits. I think the main character was a readhead, but I'm not sure. Does anyone know what that might be after the sparse amount of detail I've given? It was a third person mostly melee based combat, too.
