That said, anything that makes the game faster/flashier ruins the series in my eyes. I'd rather go play anime hunting games like God Eater than lose the slow, deliberate gameplay MH offers.

Frontier is a MH game playable in 1080p 60fps on PC with a controller with free online up to HR99 and its only like 6 dollars a month to play the TW version which by the way doesnt require VPN

Gen was in production before 4 was. Simply made for Monster hunters Anniversary. That is the games whole shtick.
I honestly don't see this game making nearly as much as their normal monster hunter games.
Mostly because they are actually marketing it and put money into it's development.
