With non-effect cards mostly being garbage, the little bits of story and lore seem to have been heavily phased out of the game.

I have two LCS and I don't think either carry Vanguard.

They got a buffed up Toon Kingdom that's one of the strongest field spells in the game.

Most of their support was good, it just wasn't enough. If they had a reliable way to protect the kingdom it'd be a super solid deck.
