Sonic heroes is awesome, its the third sonic game I played and its one of the few I can go back, pick a random level, and have fun with it. I really like the team gimmick and level layouts and themes

I haven't played 1 in so long but I remember not liking it to much, upon playing 2 I instantly loved it though. I should put that disc in again sometime

The controls suck, mach speed sections are awful, fuck Silver, fuck nearly all of the amigos, and it's less finished than fucking Knuckles' Chaotix on the 32X, a game that's visibly like 75% done.
Also, loading.
Supposedly, the game reloads absolutely everything any time a loading screen shows up, regardless of whether or not what is needed is in memory already, which would be a satisfactory explanation to why the living fuck it takes so long.

Shadow's portion of the game is probably the best, and that's pushing it.
