Help me Cred Forums...

Help me Cred Forums, I'm making a RPG where elements play a role and I need to know the result of the combination of Fire and Water

>Fire + Earth = Lava
>Fire + Wind = Blaze
>Water + Earth = Mud
>Water + Wind = Lightning
>Earth + Wind = Sandstorm
>Fire + Water = ???

Steam retard

>water + wind
>lightning

Fire+Water is steam, perhaps at least according to Magicka

Magicka is your friend.

water, fire air and dirt
fucking magnets
how do they work

>anyone?

>>Water + Wind = Lightning

He probably doesn't know that dust and ash clouds can also create lightning.

Yeah, it wasn't the correct way to put it. Replace lightning with electricity

My best guess is OP is thinking 'thunderstorms, yeah that's wind and water mixing together'

Would Fire + Wind = Lightning make more sense?

(not OP btw)

Isn't that how it worked in Grandia, and water air was snow

Water + Wind = Fog

You could roll in illusion magic to make it not garbage

...

...

OP here, I associated Wind with tornados, which are the result of rapidly rotating electric charge ("Wind" spells are basically mini-tornados in the game) , then I included Water because it's a good conductor of electricity. Just replace "lightning" with electricity, that was a wrong usage of words

>you now remember witch and how the girl with the 5th element was salty her element didn't really do anything
>also how the show gave you a breast expansion fetish because of the transformation sequences

whats a good RPGmaker game ?

>tornados, which are the result of rapidly rotating electric charge
Am I being baited?

Doodle God says steam.

...

bibliotecapleyades.net/electric_universe/esp_electricuniverse12.htm

>The key to understanding tornadoes is that they are the result of rapidly rotating electric charge

Get rekt

>Fire + Wind = Blaze
>not Lightning
>Water + Wind = Lightning
>not Ice
Godman you shit at this son

r0ll

Mist, Fog, Steam, Haze, Smog

Memes.

Most tornadoes form because of pressure differences when wind currents meet, you retard

>fire + water = steam

also
>water + air = ice
and
>fire + air = lightning/electricity
make more sense

lightning is caused by friction between clouds (which generates heat) and ice is formed from the ambient temperature, which is largely carried by the wind/air.

Doodle god

Dust (air, earth)
Ice (air, water)
Spark (air, fire)
Lava (earth, fire)
Mud (earth, water)
Steam (fire, water)

Geyser (air, fire, water)
Pyroclastic (air, earth, fire)
Sandstorm (air, earth, water)
Volcanic (earth, fire, water)

Primal (air, earth, fire, water)

Did you just grab the first thing from Google? I'd sooner believe homeopathy than half of this guy's articles.

Tornadoes form from a steep air pressure gradiant. By coincidence, this can also cause thunderstorms. Electricity has nothing to do with a tornado itself forming, unless you're gonna attempt some "everything made from electrons" dodge.

Lightning doesn't fit anywhere.
At least Naruto had the decency of making it it's own force, instead of awkwardly put it in the same group as wind or fire.

TO FAP TO US IS YOUR DESIRE

Electromagnetism
It deserves it's own designation

This element shit is so boring.

Magic should be summoning, conjuration, transmutation, evocation, enchantment, that kind of shit.

Even harry potter got it.

>same group as wind
Stopped reading there.

Rolling for mystery elements. Pls be dragon dildos.

>Dragon Dildo Element
How would that work?

Agreed.
A few bogstandard elements here and there are okay, but it shouldn't be the entire crux of the system. ESPECIALLY when there is more than one spell per element.
>fire
>fire harder
No, nigga. You only need one fucking fire spell.

>Spark
Classic move - make the term ambigious enough people wont get as falooped over the details

wtf is blaze? also water and earth should be plants mud is boring

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inner_Plane

The chart just down the page includes everything you could want about elemental plane mixing

>wtf is blaze?

Quick! make 4 elements that aren't
>earth
>wind
>fire
>water
>lightning
>wood
>metal
>arcane

A cat.

Uh... heart?

blaze is an exothermic reaction from a wind vortice providing a concentric volume of oxygen to combustion

Jackie Chan

I can add 4 that's even in the same game
> Flesh
> Ice
> Shadow
> Daedric

>Dark
>Light
>Gravity
>Radiation
>Plasma
I could go on

Why should I believe you instead of an official website?

>"By coincidence, this can also cause thunderstorms"
>"By coincidence"

Yeah nice attempt to evade the question which may be the most related to electricity m8.

>inb4 white being yellow

Smoke, plastic, meat and sugar?

Chaos
Order
Light
Dark
Life
Death
Time
Nature
Ice
Blood
Fae
Demon
Force/Gravity

this isn't really a hard question

STEAM POWER
THE MOST POWERFUL FORCE IN THE FUCKING UNIVERSE

>Tornado is defined as a “violently rotating column of air, in
contact with the ground, either pendant from a cumuliform
cloud or underneath a cumuliform cloud”

>The study on tornado formation and its dynamics has always
been a challenging topic. In general, scientists understand
that tornadoes form when a “rotating thunderstorm updraft”
and a “gyratory wind” meet at the same place

I'm no scientist, but I still don't see any reason to discard a relationship between electricity and tornados, even more when not all of their causes of formation are known.

But if people keep insisting they aren't related, I simply won't implement that combination in the game

>Rotating thunderstorm updraft
>updraft
I'm not saying that electricity has nothing to do with the process, just that it's first and foremost a pressure phenomenon

Age of Sigmar.

Water + Wind = Ice

>Dust (air, earth)

What about sand?

Fire and water would make steam?

Dicks
Ducks
Decks
And DAQs.

Those could be sub-element or specialization

You're a fire mage and excel in summoning so your spells consist of summoning Efreet or Fire Dragon. You're enhancement type and you're a water mage so you can become water and intangible.

What's the difference between Lava and Volcanic?
