I remember playing a fighting game on the SNES/Genesis when I was a kid. All I remember was that everytime you would beat the game, this dude would swap back and forth between a werewolf form, and there was this Pepsiman looking motherfucker who was OP as shit.
Would you happen to know what it is?

What werewolf fighting game character can even swap between forms other than Valkenhayn?
The only thing that would qualiffy as a "pepsiman" looking mofo in a fighting game in the SNES/Genesis era is the cyborg from Rise of the Robots.
Now, having characters do things in the credits of fighting games was a thing in games running on the Neo-Geo board and the closest i can think of is World Heroes and one of the bosses happens to be silver.
Dunno what's the werewolf thing you're talking about, but a 2D fighting game on the Genesis that has somebody that is OP and looks sorta like Pepsiman smells like Eternal Champion.
