From what I read it seems to play itself pretty straight, as in the big mean evil syndicate is led by a evil guy who is unashamedly evil. The twist is all about notJudas.

The only time skip of the game is at the very end, like just before the credits roll.

The game itself is much more dense than P3 and P4, each day you can free roam at day and at night which makes the game basically twice as long as P4 vanilla, not even counting the Coop abilities than make you able to skip classes

What do you guys like about the persona series? I could never get past the bland dungeon crawling and VN style exploration outside the towers. Battle system is fine I guess, but 3 was the last I played and got bored of it quick. How's 4?

P5 is closer to a SMT gameplay-wise and the dungeons are full designed and all extremely different both aesthetically and mechanically

its all a matter of taste. If you got bored of p3 im not sure 4 would interest you either. its more of the same things just with a lighter story.
