There's also a PS Plus exclusive costume they gave out this year. It might be another nearly unobtainable costume unless you bought from Japan and have a Japan PSN (and not HongKong for Asia English.)

The Vita pairs with a PSN account at login (or you say skip) and cannot be changed without a factory wipe or some of the new homebrew out.

Players can get DOAX3 on a cartridge but the store won't load. Since everything got changed to catalogs over the summer, the free swimsuit updates cannot be viewed without a HongKong account and the save file does not transfer.

What's the problem with using HongKong account? It's not like there's many other games on PS4 anyway.

This is also free for the HK version. It's just gated by a PS+ subscription but anyone can get a free trial and download the DLC.
