Megaton Edition is a (formerly official) modern update to current platforms, but is basically Atomic Edition with all expansions included

Atomic Edition is the original game, plus an update called Plutonium Pack which added a fourth episode among other smaller stuff I've forogtten, it was basically the standard Duke 3D to own and play afterwards.
