TF2, they had an update adding replays.

Basically, servers could enable this and it would let you record all of a single life in playtime.
You could still grab that recording, even when you were in respawn.
It came complete with an in-engine replay editor that was mostly competent in editing and had some small effects to boot.
Replays were even featured in the first Saxxy's.

Ended up being a lot of servers not enabling replays due to bandwidth requirements.
Valve quietly dropped support without saying or doing anything. Replays are still in the game, but are broken as of some update a few years ago.
These achievements and a couple cosmetics are the last vestiges of the Replay Update.
