I can confirm both of these parts. Maybe these tests are bullshit, I know on every occasion with every friend I've ever had, I manipulate them into doing what I want. Some nights I lay awake in bed, on the verge of tears, because I know what I do is wrong. But I can't help it, and there have been a few times where it went horribly wrong. I like to help, I like to talk to people. I've convinced multiple straight people to go out with me, only to break up with them because of the guilt I felt. I turned my best friend from a good kid into a rebellious asshole because I thought his life would be better if he wasn't always doing what his parents tell him to do. It's not right, I'm don't know what's best for people and I STILL try to help them and I STILL act like I know best.

Kinda guilty of this. I'm typically the 'pep talk' guy and I usually push my friends or coworkers to better themselves since they all have incredible potential. The guy that has bought many friends drinks after bad breakups and treated them to a good time. Sometimes I realize afterward that I kinda nudge people toward a path I wanted or a path that might have positives for me without realizing it. (Example: they weren't up for some event or vacation idea but I suddenly talked it up or got them into it, etc.)

Guilty of this too. If I don't help someone in need I feel really weird. Stopped three times the other day in my town to help people with car issues. Consider that "personality" is not something you can actually classify with accuracy, since it's heavily based on everything that affected your mind and how so far -- this means, that there can be situations where if you get X, you can act like Y for specific reasons.
Another thing is your own perception -- in your mind you are probabily very logical, but actually you only act according to your own feelings and you can't really put them aside for logic.
Finally, everyone has their own wishes and desires, you may want to act like a specific type simply because you like its description a lot, I have found myself wanting to act a bit ENFJ despite getting INTJ and definitely fitting it way more, since it only applies to very close friends.

I've always looked at the F letter as being able to be successfully social not the I or E.
I can speak in front of crowds and what not but it's not something I feel inclined to do.
