It's okay, but nothing more, if you like top-down shooting type of games. It doesn't really do anything amazing and the difficulty can be a bit wild sometimes.
Visually looks nice, the grayscale with things like fire and police lights being coloured looks really good in my opinion, runs well, isn't some unoptimised piece of shit.
But as I said earlier gameplay is average at best, take from that what you will.

I pirated it and it's terrible
the camera is way too zoomed out and you can't rotate it. All the textures are natively black and white so it can never be colorized. The story is ridiculously edgy / nonexistent, and the guy you play as can absorb 1 million bullets before going down.
My main problem with it was I couldn't see much of the violence he was committing since everything is so dark and zoomed out. I gave up on it after playing for like an hour

I personally enjoy it for stress relief but I honestly wouldn't recommend it.
