Let's say you sleep 7h per night, spend 3 hours in maintenance (eating, washing, shitting, jerking off, shitposting, etc...) and 12h a day dedicated to video games only it means you spent 1128 days playing games with all your free time, that's 3 years. 6 years if you played 6 hours a day.
