It was kind of funny to see Kyoko used as the tipping point on the ruse of Naegi getting a bittersweet ending rather than a happy one, even if I can't shake the feeling that the way they handled it kind of robbed her of some agency. Kyoko was interesting because she was bold and independent in a genre that tends to give you submissive and suck-up girls but she felt a little bit like a trophy in Hope side.
I may be majorly overthinking this. Either way, she's alive, Naegi is happier for it and Kyoko is more alive to be happy for it.
