Most of them are attempts at Latin. Keyword is attempt. Noctis' name means "Sky of the Night's Light" or "Sky of the Light's Night". It sounds like they were going for "Light of the Night's Sky" though. And then there's Ignis and Prompto. Prompto's name was supposed to be "Quicksilver" but it's not correct and Ignis' full name before they dropped the "Stupeo" was supposed to be something like, "I amaze/stun with fiery knowledge", but actually reads as "I, Fire, stun/amaze with knowledge." But like I said his middle name was dropped.

No, if you connect it to a 4k tv it puts out at 4k if you connect it to a 1080p screen it outpouts at 1080p and it's up to the dev how they use the extra hardware. Shadow of Mordor for example gets supersampling and Rise of the Tomb Raider gets a mode that pretty much has all the setting to max at 30 locked and another one with 40-60 fps at ps4 OG settings
So yeah, it's up to how the dev use the hardware, most devs will most likely just go for better AA or downsampling or if they put more effort into it you get something like Tomb Raider

Duscae lighting is still in the game, if you broke out of the barrier in ED the lighting turned into what the settings for the lighting currently is. Look at the clouds and the sky and lighting how it changes when he bnreaks out of the barrier here youtu.be/Vl-xkScsTxo?t=3m12s

ED only had a set one which was the middle left/center one here, for whatever reason the lighting conditions changed when you broke out of the barrier in ED, while all of them are in the full game.

I think new lightning system is better than Episode Duscae demo, but worse than TGS2014. Imo

Duscae was missing pretty much all effects and all weather, so yeah, it's an objective upgrade.

Looks like they rearranged the map. Altissa area is mirrored from where it was before and it looks like they cut a huge bay out of what used to be the mainland. Also the general area previously speculated to be Tenebrae(which doesn't appear to be on this map) is now where the snowy/Niflheim area is now. I hope it's just a rearrangement and not a shrinking.

Why did they change the colors? It looked a bit ugly before with more realistic colors because it made the downgrade more obvious but with better draw distance etc. in the new build they could've kept the realistic palette. The super-blue fog in the distance is especially jarring; it looks too "magical" now especially considering Versus had a perpetually bleak/twilit look to it.
