Name 1 game that did this

Planetside 2 did exactly that.

Nanoweave upgrade which should increase HP decreased it instead. Which was noted and fixed in a patch quite some time later.

I dare you to name anything worse than save corruption.

>tab out of a game
>try to tab back in
>black screen with audio, game is essentially softlocked
I just don't understand how shit like this gets past testing

Some games allow free full respecs for these cases

>Blocking while reviving becomes an essential meta tactic
>It's been in the game since the alpha and months into release
>Suddenly they remove it
>People get so mad they actually put it back next patch

Wew.

>tab out and back in
>game is fine now

I don't fucking get it either.

>tab out
>tab back in
>loud noise on loop until you kill the process
>for some reason task manager doesn't come to the front

>Windows gets stuck on black screen
>Ctrl alt del to bring up task manager
>Takes you back to black screen
>Try to navigate task manager without vision
Either a)
>Close game
Or b)
>Nothing is happening and you have to hard reset
Why doesn't windows have a screen with just the task manager that can't be overridden reeeee

>get skill enhancer that adds a bleed chance
>bleed effect gets applied to you instead of target

If you don't know about this, you can (usually) tab to task manager, hover over the icon on the task bar, and windows will "preview" the window and hide the dead game. You can then navigate with the keyboard. Mouse still won't be usable, the second you click anything it all goes to shit again.

I'm talking about when. It black screens and you can't see anything. No taskbar or anything. You're lucky if you get a cursor.

I mean, I know what you are talking about. It's probably because I have my task bar set to hidden I guess.

It almost always defaults over even the most extreme black screen crashes when it pops in.

Should healing skills be able to miss?

>task bar set to hidden

>game features thousands of universes to explore
>they forget to put objects in all of them save for one

>he doesn't hide his task bar

You wasting screen space I guess.

Why keep it always on screen when you don't always need it there? To remind constantly remind you "hey, you have firefox open man"? I never understood.

>game features quintillions of planets to explore
>they forgot to put things to do on any of them

Bet you also got it on the right side of your screen, faget

>user posts a gif
>it doesn't move

user, did a hidden, upright taskbar sneak up and violate you as you scrolled over it?

you can tell us. this is a safe place.
