That said the Wii U was a fucking disaster despite their handhelds are consistently solid. I wouldn't buy the NX if it's treated like the Wii U's successor, and shares all of its problems, but if its got the support they usually gave to the DS line it'll be cool.

Third party for Nintendo would probably fall along the same lines as an equivalent to apple/Google store or steam and be only playable on PC or Mobile.
