if you want to play anything beyond the handful of snes games that everybody and their mother has played, you get major visual/audio bugs or freezing with a side of save corruption

I don't use emulators, I use flashcarts and burned disks. People who use emulators should care about accuracy since its more important than muh UI and nostalgia for an outdated program.

I played through all of Super Mario RPG on ZSNES. It was fantastic.

SNES9x is just as accessible, and accuracy is more important anyway. You'll be spending most of your time playing the game rather than going around the emulator's menus, so the game better be running correctly.

Huh, you're right, my bad. I watched a complete LP of it many years ago but I guess it was Snes9x. In any case, as long as you have a properly dumped rom (which you should if you use emuparadise), Snes9x or bsnes will run it fine. And you'll never have any problems with bsnes since it's cycle-accurate.
