Those great game over sets aside. The real problem with RE3 Jill is that she actively chose to wear that to a zombie appocalypse, as you can see her getting ready to make a run for it just as you start the game.

Right of the bat she should'nt be showing any skin below the neck. The she should be adding layes of non-clothing shit to help cover her more.

It's also a common understanding that RE1 canon is a mixture of both Chris and Jill doing shit not so you're just being petty if you think either of them spent the whole night in a cell. Umbrella Chronicles even tried to make an in-game example of how the canon story "officially" played out, albeit in the form of an arcade-y light-gun format. Hell, most people who play RE1 choose Jill anyway.

I take it as an exaggeration of Jill's notorious "large" inventory in 1/3 compared to Chris' shitty capacity.

She even had her own game, but it turned out the 2cool4skool OC did all of the heavy lifting. What a disappointment of a character.
