OP here. Actually it couldn't even run windows 10 so I had to install windows 7.

you can probably play the really really old pc game classics theres alot of good ports and shit out there and you can use it as an emulator/4chin machine. the thing looks good for web browsing at most

ddr2 memory is old shit nobody wants and is super cheap nobody would buy it used if they even needed it
that cpu is also old and goes for about $8 on ebay
300GB hard disk drive is laughable now, you could buy one new pretty cheap
same story with that disc drive

if you were to sell those parts on ebay you might get $40
if I were you I would keep it and use it for old games that dont run well on modern systems
