It's not about racism like most people are having a tantrum over. You're still a criminal and you're doing a ton of shady shit. You're robbing banks and stealing cars to fund your new group, and there's a lot of that. The story is more about revenge than it is racism. You did a job for people and they fucked you over, so you get together with other people who got fucked over and get revenge.

There's some cringe girl power shit with one of the side characters, and there's a spot that does push the racism soap box bullshit, but there's more to it than that.

And so was another Godfather ripoff. If your only hang up is the couple of KKK shootouts then I guess it's not for you? It was different, and not what a lot of people expected from a Mafia game, but it still holds the crime elements rather well. I liked it, but because of the gameplay I'd say it's a mediocre game at the least, and pretty good at the most. Thought the story was interesting, but too many of the mechanics were just janky as fuck.
