What was wrong with Forza 5?

They removed a ridiculous amount of cars from the game so they could release it on time.

They also had a really shitty "drivatar" system where it would learn how people control the cars and then change the AI so it felt like you were racing against other people. The fatal flaw in this plan was the fact that people drive like retards and the AI ended up smashing into you and ramming you off the road.

What is the best current PC racing game?
I tried to play Dirt Rally, not very fun.

I'd still take drivatars compared to the stupid rubberband AI from other games. Did you play Forza 6? Is it any better? I played the demo and I know they added option to prevent drivatars bumping into you, but besides that and few new cars it really felt the same as 5 so didn't bother picking it up.

Drivitars in FM5 were pretty good. Really like the idea. Just pucked up project cars and man the AI is pretty retarded at times. Randomly going off the track for no reason whatsoever.

Yeah gt4 had some really good features. I remember leaving my ps2 on for 3 days doing the 24 hour races.

Since then the only new cars have been the dumb concepts.

There's major problems with project cars but I know I can do a 20 lap gt3 or v8sc race and actually have a full field that doesn't drive completely retarded.

Most of the Bizarre Creations guys went into other British racing studios. So some did end up working on Horizon, some went to SUMO Digital to make Sonic All Star Tracing Transformed, some went to Codemasters and some went to Evolution (before Sony shut THAT down).

The game seemed to be ok, but G27 wheels have issues with not being recognized correctly, which renders them useless. Apparently there is not going to be a fix. Also FPS drops with 980/6990K.
